That’s when I met Denise, the powerhouse owner behind the counter. A proud Puerto Rican entrepreneur, Denise’s enthusiasm and passion were contagious. We instantly clicked, started talking, and before I knew it, we were planning a creative collaboration.

A week later, I returned to Paradise Beach Gelato to shoot content for their social media — and I have to say, it wasn’t just a visual treat. The gelato itself was incredible. I had a cone with a mix of piña colada and coconut, and it was seriously one of the most refreshing, tropical flavors I’ve ever tasted.

I also tried their affogato (espresso poured over ice cream), which was a heavenly combo for a coffee lover like me. The whole experience was a dream — from capturing the textures and colors of the gelatos to learning how gelato is actually a healthier alternative to traditional ice cream.
